You have not resolved the issue of duplicate charges even though I only ordered one key. Of course I only received one key, but two were charged to my card.

nothing i can do if users dumb double click the pay button or using translator in payment page.

 Seem all the duplicate payment happen only on JAPAN user because of translating the whole page and cause double POST, take your responsible
i am not going to refund manually one by one everyday, so please wait your bank auto refund the duplicate payment

You know what, as you can see, it's a credit card transaction, not a bank. The statement on the card proves that two payments have been completed.

Since refunds for completed payments are basically not possible, you will need to issue a key or refund manually. There's no reason why you can't do that, and if you can't, it's only if you personally say "it's annoying" to this procedure like a kid.

First of all, you are in business, right? (Although it is actually an unfair business scheme). I really don't understand why you can use such foul language against buyers. It's like elementary school students running a business.


Second, you said that translating the whole page would cause double posts, but that's not the cause. After I tried to make the first payment, an error occurred saying "please check the button to agree to the terms and conditions", and I was returned to the screen before the payment. After that, I checked the button and completed the payment. As a result, two payments have been completed as far as I can see the statement of the credit card company. In other words, the payment was completed in the first phase even if the agreement button was not checked.

If "translation" is the cause, it is your system problem and not my responsibility. I just chose the language that can be selected within this page, and if that's the cause, the system should be abolished.

 

PLUS: I don't forget that you guys blocked my discord after saying you would refund me before. I had a problem with izi and contacted you about it. Then you said to me, "We are a reseller, not a developer, so please contact the developer/administrator." I contacted the person and he approved the refund, but it has been over a week with no progress. When I pressed him for it, he blocked me. Is this common practice for business people? I can't understand that the only option when something inconvenient for you occurs is to block the opponent and run away.

In my reply above, I repeatedly many times please read the message I was replying to, I made it very clear that for duplicate payments or uncaptured status stripe will be automatically refunded to the user, I don't know how your comprehension skills can be so bad.

1. we don't have any logs about banned you in our discord server, the only record is that you UNLINNK IT YOURSELF.
2. we told you to go to the IZI administrator because you didn't even buy your IZI license key from our website, so why the fuk you asking us for the IZI refund??????? Image proof is below.
3. as for why you were banned by the IZI administrator, does that have anything related with us? Clown, you are asking your question on the KRATOS website, not the IZI website.
4. as for the IZI ban there are probably a few reasons, the developer doesn't want to refund you or you have already activated the license key. They have made it very clear that they do not offer any refunds for license key that have been SOLD OR USED, including many other resellers who do not offer refunds for products that have been sold unless the author also offers a refund or compensation. Still, I'm more convinced that you were banned because of communication issues due to your unparalleled comprehension.

Unfortunately, I didn't purchase izi with this account. This is my new account only here so the connection with the izi issue is a past account. Communication problem? That makes me laugh. He fled after proving he would refund, so communication issues are completely irrelevant.

My lawyer will contact you, so I need your corporate number or sole proprietorship registration number for further procedures. No one in the world would do business without having those numbers, so you should have them. It's not like you're personally doing this unfair business and evading taxes, right?
