Make sure anti-cheat third party antivirus is uninstalled:

FiveM
Kaspersky
Malwarebytes
Norton 360
Bitdefender
Trend Micro Antivirus+ Security
McAfee

1. Open "Windows Security".

2. Goto "Home" page and click "Virus & Threat Protection".
3. Click "Manage Setttings".

4. Turn off "Real-time protection".

5. Download  [Support Tools] (Password: sordum)
6. Extract the tools to Desktop.
7. Run tools as Administrator.
8. Click "Disable Windows Defender" and your windows defender will permanent disabled.

9. After it become turned off.
10. Run CMD as Administrator and type both command below: 

sc query wdfilter

14. Make sure the STATE result is STOPPED and all done.
